Meanwhile, Trump attended five rallies in five states over twelve hours. The Republican nominee began his day in Florida and North Carolina, before heading north to Pennsylvania and joining his running mate, Mike Pence, for an event in New Hampshire. Trump was also joined by his children there.

His devoted followers seem to miss the irony that Trump is over an hour late to his own rally, complains about the heat, then says that Hillary could never stand up there like he can.

Because there’s a nearly endless amount of footage of Donald Trump trying to be famous through every imaginable avenue in media, of course more damning tapes of him saying disgusting things are coming out. The latest has Donald Trump bragging about how much he loved to barge into the dressing rooms of his contestants at his many beauty pageants, bragging that he can get away with it because he’s the boss.

Bill and Hillary Clinton are taking the high road on the campaign trail by largely ignoring Donald Trump’s numerous accusations, simply referring to his scorched earth tactics as desperate.

And Jerry Falwell Jr. shows up on cable TV to announce that he wholeheartedly backs Donald Trump, saying that he believes everything Trump says because he’s a changed man.

Donald Trump is making the most of his last few weeks of the election by going to rooms filled with stupid people who agree with him while they still exist. He claims Hillary whined about him being in her space (she didn’t), and that he was actually trying to get away from her.

President Obama stumps for Hillary in North Carolina and can barely hold back his laughter as he tells the crowd how it makes no sense for the GOP to say they refuse to endorse Trump or condone his actions but then still turn around and vote for him.

Donald Trump still has Scott Baio’s support, as the Charles in Charge actor swears up and down that Trump’s language about women is totally normal, that women say the same things over their wine and brunches, and that if you don’t like it you need to grow up.

And Howard Dean says Trump is like some kind of creature out of the 14th Century.

Donald Trump’s poll numbers plummet as he faces double fallout from the release of the P-word tape, combined with his desperate attempts at the debate to smear Hillary Clinton for Bill’s actions. Stephen Colbert reacts to the debate from home and wonders why a fly landed on Hillary when she’s standing so close to a pile of bulls—.

Mike Pence makes the rounds to announce that he forgives Donald Trump after a lot of prayer or something, and that he intends to stand by him. He says that as if he has a choice in the matter, but he’s stuck where he placed himself and now has to sleep in his own slimy bed.

Trump’s hype man Rudy Giuliani introduces Trump to his supporters at a rally and informs the entire room that Hillary Clinton hates them, because they’re good people who work hard. Trump then comes out and promises to further attack the Clintons if they try to dig up any more dirt on him, which begs the question – There’s more?!

And Samantha Bee says Donald Trump doesn’t care about any of Bill Clinton’s accusers, and that as soon as he’s done using them for his campaign he’ll ditch them like a 35-year-old.

Because this election season seems like it can always get worse, of course a new tape has leaked of Donald Trump bragging to former Access Hollywood host Billy Bush (of THAT Bush family) about his fondness for grabbing women by their crotches and kissing them whenever he wants. Finally, a Bush has done something to take Trump down.

Democrats are disgusted but far from surprised by the comments, while Hillary presumably did one of her patented victory wiggles again as soon as the news hit.

Oddly, the tape seems to be the sexist straw that finally broke the evangelical conservative’s back, because many more GOP officials and ordinary voters are turning away from Trump in droves while his poll numbers plummet. Apparently every other hideously prejudiced and cruel thing he’s said up until now just wasn’t enough.

Paul Ryan gets heckled off the stage by Trump supporters at a Wisconsin “Fall Fest” for daring to say that Trump is too offensive for him to vote for, and Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway really wishes CNN would stop using the phrase “sexual assault” to describe the sexual assaults Trump has historically enjoyed partaking in.

Sad loser Donald Trump insists that his newly-scheduled “Town Hall” meeting isn’t an attempt to distract from or practice for Sunday’s debate. He then goes on to say that Hillary isn’t doing debate prep, she’s resting because she’s obviously a total weakling.

Tim Kaine continues to land accurate jabs on The Orange One when he criticizes Trump for saying he’d cut off all U.S. ties with China if they dared retaliate against his trade policies by keeping Chinese citizens from visiting his Las Vegas properties. Kaine reminds us that Trump would sooner put his own bottom line ahead of America’s best interests.

Mike Pence squirms on CNN while Chris Cuomo tells him that by not speaking up, Pence tacitly approves of the hateful things Trump has been saying. Pence responds with laughing over Cuomo and then saying something along the lines of, “b-b-but Hillary said deplorables!” No one is impressed.

Both Tim Kaine and Hillary Clinton point out the fact that Mike Pence refused to back up anything Donald Trump has said during his campaign, because everything Donald Trump says is impossible to defend.

Tim Kaine calls out the deplorable things that Trump has been saying for the last year and a half, and Mike Pence lies about every single well-documented statement that’s been word-vomited out of Donald Trump’s filthy, hateful mouth. That, or the American public is just too stupid to understand what Trump really meant, and that he’s not a polished politician, so he might make crazy promises that gut the idea of civil rights. So what, right?

After years of swearing up and down that President Obama isn’t American, Donald Trump finally says that Barack Obama was, in fact, born exactly where he says he was. Trump, of course, fully expects this to be enough of an explanation and says now the issue is done and it’s time to move on to making America great again.

Bernie Sanders says the problem with Trump’s latest admission is that if Trump really believed it, he’s gullible (Bernie is too nice to call him an idiot), or that he never believed it but chose to prey on people’s fears – either way, it’s not acceptable and not only does he owe the President and the American people an apology, but that he simply must not become president.

Gary Johnson thinks he should definitely be invited to the Presidential debates, since he thinks so many people are unhappy with Trump and Clinton – pointing out that he’s the “other choice.” Way to sell yourself, Gary!

And an exhausted President Obama says he can’t believe he’s still talking about this whole birther thing 8 years later, because he’s pretty confident that he knows exactly where he was born.

Hillary Clinton bounces back and returns to the campaign trail after taking fewer than two full days off to rest. She admits she hates to stay down but that it did help her feel better and take time to reflect away from the constant travel that comes with campaigning.

Donald Trump is still bumbling around the campaign trail as well (because evil never sleeps?) making another stop in New Hampshire and declaring he’s too cool to wait for the press to arrive, even though they asked him to wait. The crowd thinks this is very cool and outsider-y of him and cheers wildly.

Bill Clinton stops by The Daily Show to inject a little sanity into all this mess, pointing out that Trump’s fan base is made up of people who grew up like him. It remains to be seen whether Bill’s appeal to the public for thinking reasonably will work.

And in what can only be described as a win for talk show hosts, George W. Bush is still talking in public this week; this time to dedicate a Texas elementary school named after him.

The Great Orange One stops in Ohio and Michigan to whip his Rust Belt supporters into a resentful frenzy. Trump has the amazing gall to trash Flint for looking worse than a third world country to actual Flint residents, one of whom rabidly screams “THANKS OBAMA,” as though local water company corruption was evil Obama’s plan all along.

Trump also makes the talk show rounds and stops to chat with Dr. Oz – another folksy outsider who enjoys the fandom of lazy thinkers – to discuss his great health. When asked by Dr. Oz why he won’t just release his records, the masterful Donald, like some sort of Republican Cheeto Houdini, quips that he actually has them RIGHT HERE in his pocket! The crowd goes wild.

Bill Clinton stops in Las Vegas to stump for Hillary, encouraging people to understand that all of the so-called scandals being thrown out by the GOP are nothing more than attempts to get people mad instead of thinking.

And George W. Bush surfaces for no reason, other than to tell us about all the paintings he’s done over the last few years, gushing that he had hoped to find his inner Rembrandt. Yes, really.

While Hillary Clinton takes one day off from the last year of campaigning for the great sin of being sick, it’s been a major campaign week for everyone else. Trump beats his old drum about how Hillary only cares about special interests and elites, positioning himself as the only real leader for regular working folk, while Pence continues to fake being shocked that Hillary would call the hateful people who see Trump as their savior ‘deplorable.’

Aside from the usuals, the campaign trail also sees the appearance of President Obama, Bill Clinton, Chelsea Clinton, and even Ivanka Trump, out to stump for their respective candidates. Ivanka does her best beauty queen Q&A impersonation by talking vaguely about working mothers and childcare, while Bill Clinton and Obama have a great time tearing up Trump and his ridiculous hypocrisy.

Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway seems to be in a bad mood. Normally the polar-opposite of Trump, with her eerie, Stepford-wife calmness about her, the poor woman may have finally started to crack under the pressure of having to defend her boss from his stupid words every single day. In the same interview, she at once calls for Hillary to be more transparent about her health, then demands to know why Trump should release his tax returns, claiming it to be an invasion of privacy.

Donald Trump and Mike Pence engage in some truly masterful, totally twisted logic, insisting that it’s actually Hillary who is the hateful, divisive candidate in this race! They even go so far as to say they are SHOCKED at Hillary’s supposed “low opinion” of the American public, and that no one has ever heard anything like it. Trump and Pence are apparently counting on voters to have the memory of a goldfish, forgetting every hateful thing that’s come out of Trump’s mouth for the last year with near-daily consistency.

Charlie Rose interviews Bill Clinton and gives him the chance to explain Hillary’s supposed health scandal and any possible improprieties conducted within the Clinton Foundation. Bill laughs at the idea that Hillary would stay down for more than a day, insisting that she is a hard worker with no history of State Department special favors through the Foundation.

RNC Chairman Reince Priebus says that liberals are a bunch of high dollar golf-clappers who enjoy a good laugh at the expense of the hard-working American regular guy. He goes on to accuse Hillary of being hypocritical… because liberals preach tolerance but are not tolerant of racist, right-wing looney-tunes opinions. Somehow he fails to see the stupidity in saying people should be tolerant of intolerance.
