• President Obama on Monday gave a stern warning that if the Supreme Court rules against the system of subsidies holding up Obamacare, it “would be hard to fix.” In the coming weeks, the court could rule that only customers in state-run Obamacare marketplaces are eligible for federal subsidies.
• President Obama said Monday that the U.S. does not yet have a “complete strategy” to stem the advance of militants with ISIS because such a plan would require a commitment from the Iraqi government to accelerate the training and recruitment of local security forces.
