The Rude Pundit (Lee Papa) calls in at 6:30am Pacific to talk about the Tea Party Convention and McCain’s flip-flop on Don’t Ask Don’t Tell

Eric Boehlert, Senior Fellow at Media Matters for America, calls in at 7:05am Pacific to co-host Right Wing World.

• President Obama says it’s time for GOP-ers who have attacked his health care proposals from the sidelines to step before the cameras and present their own ideas. Obama invited GOP and Dem leaders to discuss possible compromises in a televised gathering later this month.

Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner says the U.S. government “will never” lose its sterling credit rating despite big budget deficits and a newly increased debt limit that now tops $14 trillion. Geithner said that in times of economic crisis, international investors will continue to buy U.S. Treasury bonds because the bonds are a safe investment.

President Obama said Sunday he has not ruled out a NY federal court trial for Sept. 11 planner Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, but he was taking into account the objections of the city’s mayor and police commissioner.

It's one of the few truly liberal shows.

Robert F. Kennedy is one of the host but not always every episode.

409: i prefer deep stephtones.

Buh Bye, my Bloggoes!

I shall opine again with you soon!

who steven crowder really is:
a glenn beck yoot, probably recruited by glenn beck, to propagate talking points in a younger generation. - this name came up very conspicuously when the youtube blogger lee doren got cott performing all manner of various fraudulent activities. - in one of the many sock puppet activities publicly revealed on youtube videos ABOUT doren by other people, a consistency of suspiciously spontaneous subscriptions to steven crowder appeared. - doren tried to explain this away by saying that crowder is a friend that he recommends to people, so they subscribe to him too, but that's a very transparent lie, because neither doren or crowder are exactly the type who manage to have friends.
pasta la pizza.

G'day all. Nice being in the Ring of Farts with you today

RIng of Fire. Is that anything like the Matthew McConaughey movie Reign of Fire.

Great show! Have a better day, everyone!

>> blue women.

Your user-photo made me assume you where a blue man.

Or are you a cross-colorist?

I really liked Avatar. I've seen it twice now. I love the planet with the Tall Blue Kitties, and I can't wait for the sequel. I hope it doesn't take 10 years to happen...

I thought Ring of Fire went under with Air America. I'm pretty sure we lost it here in Portland.

Was I wrong?

392: michelle rodriguez in 3-D. uh- huh !

SMARTA'n up some chumps!

Hasta manana, Bananas!

Have any of you heard Mrs Haggard doing the book tour?

smarta?

Steph is confused by 3D, living as she does in 4D (ie box wine) every day.

you must admit "SNOOKLEBECK BAYHAR" is a great name for a band.
- dave barry

I like to think of them as 'Indigo-enhanced', flombaye.

blue women.

HATED IT.

blue men.

HATED IT.

Visually stunning. Story-wise not so great.

I really liked Avatar, too.

305: "Was it just me or was that Nigel Tufnel from Spinal Tap on drums for The Who Last Night?"

sadly, it was both this time.

It's like playing Marco... Ruvio.

how come these people cant even say "pataki" right ?

#375 k to the g, Good idea-- Martin Luther King style passive resistance.

256/291: come to think of it, didnt hitler and stalin both use complete sensible sentences a lot ? - and dont even get me started on the clean syntactic expressive modes of pol pot.

That gay-ray idea sounds like the seed of the next Jim Carrey scenery-feast.

Just take Steph to a club and let the gay ray loose. Like Cyclops in the X-Men.

Well on your way to SMARTA, Mookenshiners! ;)

Yee haw!

265: on tancredo: "....Wonder if there are any family connections with the KKK in his background."

the klan has successfully erased all traces.

David, we're impervious on the Live Blog. ;)

#374: PJ...we...really don't need to know what...ever you do wit your Stephy doll. Really.

255: "The Great Gazoo would like a word with you."

and i would like a word with steph.
SSSHHHHHH !!
dont anybody tell her that word is "sodomy".
i want it to be a surprise.

#375: how about stealing something from Act Up and have a die-in on the steps of the capitol?

#373: ah nothing like running bronzer to make a girl look great.

#359. "....we'd say"

366. I like the idea of people lying on Capitol steps representing the people who have died from lack of health care. Congress critters would have to walk through them or ignore them.

#364: Sorry, they're stuck to my Stephie-doll... it's a long story...

367 -- you mean that drunken fake crying thing he does?

#360 nmadduane: "I love the idea of Torte reform. Chocolate Raspberry Torte reform, to be specific."

David Bender talks too much. I didn't like him on Rachel's radio show. He dominates a conversation and doesn't let others get to talk.

220: "Ego driven and not too bright. A bad combination…."

you wouldnt think so, but i get by, mainly by knowing how to apply it.

215: "“Teenage wasteland, it’s only teenage wasteland. Get off my lawn, you bloody teenagers.”"

buh-bye o reilly

210: "North – should be in the BRIGANTINE for his treasonous acts."

it could prolly be arranged. what ya brigadoon later ?

Bawbwa would make Boehner cry
