On a preliminary basis, CBO and JCT estimate that the proposal’s specifications affecting health insurance coverage would result in a net increase in federal deficits of $500 billion over fiscal years 2010 through 2019. On healthcare I think a a child born today will be covered by chips. Once they reach the age of eighteen they should not be covered by chips but should not have to pay for healthcare unless they get sick or have a accident then government should jump in with catrotrophical benefits which if the person survives catastrophe he will then start paying into general fund in proportion that is required. I know people who were never sick a day of their life! If you don't need it you don't have to get it but if you do you do pay into pool.

#175---of the 47,000,000 who are uninsured, some of them can afford to pay something. That will help. Especially for the young adults who don't often get very ill. They will have the ability to pay into the system for a while before they need to use it.
