IMHO, the cover story about foreign terrorists hijacking planes and hitting the twin towers is credible, but the Flight 93 and Pentagon story lines are pure BS. John was dead on about illegal immigrants. It just goes to show you how horrible we, as a country, can be. The point is this: we are debating INSURANCE reform (much to my chagrin...should be single payer). However, any illegal immigrant would pay into it. A couple of points are poignant: 1) isn't it better to have more people paying premiums so that we have more people to spread costs over? 2) like it or not, believe it or not, many, if not most, illegal immigrants work...and pay taxes...either income taxes or sales taxes, etc. How humane (or Christian...can say "the Samaritan") is it anyway to deny care to ANYONE who happens upon our shores?
