Clear Channel and the San Antonio Express-News have reused to accept advertising from auto dealers promoting their Cash for Clunkers deals. HEB (Texas Grocery Chain owned by Evangelical Family) and many local restaurants have declared that they will refuse service to any Car Salesmen who have made a commission from this program.
